The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, David Hoff and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kush with a hook.
Kush lands a nice hook to Pony's body. Pony takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Pony doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Pony throws a right hand that misses
enabling Kush to counter with a crisp jab.
Kush lands a nice looking body shot.

The fighters circle momentarily. Kush darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Pony shoots in and bounces Kush off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pony connects with a couple of short punches.
Pony trying to control but Kush is working from the bottom.
Kush is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Pony frees his head nicely. Oh but Kush has switched to an armbar! Pony is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
