Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthonii Joshua (ranked 3204 p4p, 4248 weight class) and Marvin Hearse (ranked 0 p4p, 424 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Marvin Hearse!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.

Hearse feints and as Joshua raises his hands in defense, Hearse changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Hearse won't allow Joshua to sweep him here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hearse lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hearse looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Joshua with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Hearse seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Marvin Hearse dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.


Hearse shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Joshua is trying to defend but Hearse finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Hearse scores with a big shot! Joshua's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Joshua! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
