Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emerson Mccarty (ranked 4135 p4p, 25473 weight class) and Mariusz Pudzianowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Emerson Mccarty! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 15 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mariusz Pudzianowski! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Peter Branson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mccarty thuds his right hand into Pudzianowski's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Mccarty throws a combination that misses and Pudzianowski counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Mccarty! Pudzianowski wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mccarty keeps working. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pudzianowski advances nicely into full mount. Mccarty is squirming around, avoiding Pudzianowski's attempts to control the action. Pudzianowski lands a nice shot to the head. Pudzianowski can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mccarty is looking to escape. Pudzianowski looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pudzianowski working for a guillotine from mount but Mccarty is in no mood to give up. You get the feeling that Mccarty really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Pudzianowski lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Pudzianowski controlling from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pudzianowski is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Mccarty has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Mccarty!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Mccarty gets to his feet - Pudzianowski follows without any prompting. Mariusz Pudzianowski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pudzianowski fails to land the takedown. Pudzianowski shoots in for a takedown but Mccarty shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Mccarty half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Mccarty throws a sloppy head kick and Pudzianowski moves out of range easily. Mccarty rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pudzianowski moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oooooh!!! Mccarty has knocked Pudzianowski down with a huge combo! Mccarty steps away and waves a wobbly Pudzianowski back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Pudzianowski is rocked!
It looks like Mariusz Pudzianowski has been cut. Mccarty plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Pudzianowski to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Pudzianowski just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
