The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Tung looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
As Tung backs off Kong throws a huge counter combo but Tung manages to avoid it all.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kong uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Tung has time to react.

Tung has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kong finds it's way round the side to connect with Tung's head.

Kong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tung moves away.
It looked like Tung was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Kong connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Tung momentarily.

Kong loads up on a big right hand but Tung slips the punch.
The fighters circling - Kong throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kong, as that shot connected.

Kong lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tung circles away quickly and effectively.
Tung tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Kong manages to circle out of the way.

A jab-cross combination lands for Tung and sends Kong crashing to the mat! Tung follows him down to the mat - Kong regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

It looks like Kiniiii Kong has been cut.
Kong wants to get back to his feet.
Tung prevents Kong from improving his position.
Tung wants to control but Kong is keeping him busy.
The fighters are battling for position here. Kong manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Tung postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Kong is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Tung, into his guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kong's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Kong trying to stand up but can't free himself from Tung's guard.
Kong is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Kong throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Tung works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kong wants to stand but Tung has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Tung misses with a wild combination.
A countering left hand to the body from Kong misses.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
