Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hyu Head (ranked 4847 p4p, 4031 weight class) and Jesse Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Head comes to the cage accompanied by Eye of the tiger. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 28 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hyu Head! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jesse Kim! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kim misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Head shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Head makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Kim is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Head thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kim keeping full guard, as Head tries to pass. Kim working for a triangle but Head defends it easily.
We've been hearing that Head has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Head avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Head slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's one minute gone in the round. Head controls the position from side control. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Kim has eaten all the pies! Head thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Head knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kim on the ground. Kim is letting Head control him for a moment. Kim manages to work his way to half guard, despite Head's best efforts. Kim gets back to full guard.
Kim escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Head gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Head looking to pass the guard. Kim looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Head will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kim throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Head escapes and throws Kim's legs to the side, diving into side control! Head controls the position. Kim wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Head has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Kim's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Kim is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Head!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Hyu Head! In his post fight interview, Hyu Head started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
