Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dawindi Buktot (ranked 23970 p4p, 23919 weight class) and Kulata Bitok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 37 - 57 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dawindi Buktot!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 60 - 6, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kulata Bitok!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Buktot shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bitok as he jumps to the side.
Bitok appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

and Buktot counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Buktot slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Bitok shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Buktot manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Dawindi Buktot dominated that round.
That's time! Buktot's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Bitok shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Buktot napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Bitok just content to control the position.
You can see the frustration on Buktot's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Buktot is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Bitok is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Buktot throws a quick counter kick to the body but Bitok avoids it.

Kulata Bitok showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Bitok looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Buktot is fending him off so far but Bitok persists. Nope, Buktot circles away and we're back to standing.
Buktot moves out of range of the body kick from Bitok.
It appears Buktot was looking to counter with a kick there.
Buktot goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
