The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Iron looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mantiinium throws a body punch but Iron moves out of range.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Iron enables Mantiinium to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Iron manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Mantiinium throwing strikes from guard but Iron blocks nicely.
Mantiinium controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Mantiinium stands up from Iron's guard - Mantiinium perhaps looking for a knockout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mantiinium shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Iron napping and manages to drive through into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mantiinium creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Mantiinium is trying to get an arm triangle but Iron is defending well.
Iron trying to control but Mantiinium flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
Mantiinium has got one arm under Iron's chin. This could be trouble... Iron trying to control the other hand but Mantiinium gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Iron has tapped out! The fight is over!
