Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Niu Nou (ranked 4154 p4p, 5666 weight class) and Tenzin Tsering (ranked 0 p4p, 224 weight class). Tenzin Tsering is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Niu Nou!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tenzin Tsering!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nou feints and as Tsering raises his hands in defense, Nou changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Nou stays in close to Tsering's body and controls the position.
Nou wants to control from the top but Tsering keeps moving.
Nou not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Nou really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Tsering is looking to stand up but Nou isn't so interested in that idea.
Nou throwing strikes but missing.
Nou won't allow Tsering to get back to his feet.
Nou has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Nou trying to control the position from guard on top but Tsering is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Tsering is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Nou is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nou looking to pass the guard.
Tsering really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nou. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Tsering wants to stand but Nou is controlling the position.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Tsering throws out a loose jab but Nou uses good head movement to avoid it.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Nou gets a double leg takedown into Tsering's guard.
Nou wants to control from the top but Tsering keeps moving.

Tsering uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Tsering misses with a few strikes there.
Nou went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Tsering misses with a straight right.

Tsering drops Nou with a beautiful combination! Nou stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Tsering is looking for the KO!

It looks like Niu Nou has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Nou shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Tsering kicks Nou off and gets to his feet.
A slow jab from Tsering misses its intended target.
Nou shoots in but no luck this time.
Tsering misses the jab.

Tsering drops Nou with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Nou looks back up at him and smiles so Tsering waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Nou is rocked!
Nou is breathing heavily.
Tsering catches Nou with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Nou forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Tenzin Tsering!
Tenzin Tsering opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
