Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Richard Glass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nedjeljko Markovic!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Sergei Dronov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glass avoids a kick to the body.
Glass chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Markovic can pounce on him.
Markovic is looking to slow Glass down with leg kicks.
Markovic sizes up Glass with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Glass misses with a wild body shot.
Markovic throws a predictable looking body shot
and Glass counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Glass sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Glass on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Nice sprawl there from Markovic as Glass shoots in.

Glass misses with an uppercut
and Markovic connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Markovic lands a nice hook to Glass's body. Glass takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Markovic connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Glass takes a jab right on the kisser.
Glass misses with an uppercut
and Markovic counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Glass takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A big left from Glass misses.
Glass digs a good body shot into Markovic's ribs.
Markovic turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Markovic fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The fighters circling - Glass throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A countering left hand to the body from Markovic misses.
Both fighters circling a little - Markovic finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Markovic bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Glass's head.
Markovic lands a jab.
Glass throws a right hand that misses
and Glass takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Glass is rocked!
Glass misses with a body shot
and Markovic counters with a right hand from hell and Glass is out cold! A vicious knockout!

Our winner, Nedjeljko Markovic, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
