These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Dean.
Dean digs a good body shot into Dayton's ribs.
Dayton lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
The fighters circle momentarily. Dayton darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
It looks like Randall Dean has been cut.
Dean scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Dayton throws a head kick that misses.
Dayton lands a left and a right that send Dean crashing to the mat, dazed. Dayton thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Dean is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dayton weaves into range and cracks Dean right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Dean goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Dayton is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
