PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between AJ Llewellyn (ranked 876 p4p, 444 weight class) and Ramone Rocksaw (ranked 109 p4p, 56 weight class). Llewellyn comes to the cage accompanied by Doomsday. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Llewellyn moves forwards but Rocksaw connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Rocksaw fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Llewellyn looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Rocksaw throws a leg kick which misses Llewellyn's front leg but catches the back leg as Llewellyn tries to avoid it.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Rocksaw has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rocksaw manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Llewellyn on his heels. He'll look to pass Llewellyn's guard now, I'm sure.

Llewellyn is trying to control the position but Rocksaw postures up.
Llewellyn seems to have got his legs back now.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Rocksaw passes Llewellyn's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Llewellyn is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Rocksaw pulls his head out easily.
Rocksaw is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

That's time! Llewellyn's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Llewellyn takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Rocksaw keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Rocksaw moves away from the strike by Llewellyn.
Llewellyn misses with a straight right.
Despite the aggression on Rocksaw's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Rocksaw scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Llewellyn doesn't seem bothered though.

and Rocksaw counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Rocksaw lands with a good body shot.
Llewellyn gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Rocksaw points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Llewellyn wakes up just in time to hear Rocksaw thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

As Ramone Rocksaw got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Always gonna KO this guy'.
