The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tie shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Rechers has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tie can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Tie decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Tie drives through with a takedown into Rechers's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Tie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rechers has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tie has managed to get both his arms back between Rechers's legs - danger averted.
