Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Eli Vaughn!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Santiago Holmes and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Tanaka.
Tanaka throws a hook but Vaughn avoids it easily.
Tanaka has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Eli Vaughn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vaughn has his takedown stuffed
and Tanaka counters with a low kick, right behind Vaughn 's knee.
Tanaka stuns Vaughn with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Tanaka throws a head kick but Vaughn moves out of range.
Tanaka lands a nice shot that snaps Vaughn's head back.

Tanaka lets loose with a powerful body kick. Vaughn will feel that in the morning.
Vaughn throws a lazy right hand but Tanaka sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Vaughn shoots in but no luck this time.
Kaito Tanaka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eli Vaughn.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Vaughn swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tanaka lands a jab.
Tanaka lands a nice shot to the body.
Vaughn looks winded!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tanaka is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Vaughn flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Vaughn is out cold! Tanaka holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
