The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Yo.
And Galehpardaz tries to counter it with a takedown but Yo pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Yo misses with a double jab.

Galehpardaz closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Yo's guard.
Galehpardaz trying to control the position from guard on top but Yo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Galehpardaz is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Yo wants to sweep but no luck.

Galehpardaz drops back looking for a leg! Yo is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Yo manages to kick Galehpardaz off! Galehpardaz jumps back into Yo's guard.

Galehpardaz drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Galehpardaz jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Galehpardaz is pushing down on Yo's leg trying to pass to half guard. Yo is fighting to maintain full guard but Galehpardaz has managed to sneak the leg through.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Galehpardaz maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Yo could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Galehpardaz has cracked it and Yo is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Galehpardaz!
