Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sean O Rally (ranked 1412 p4p, 1160 weight class) and Sonny Barella (ranked 110 p4p, 89 weight class). Barella has chosen Prova del 9 as his entrance music. Sean O Rally had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean O Rally!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sonny Barella!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barella goes for a double leg but O Rally avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as O Rally continues to drive forward.
Jab, jab by O Rally - just one landing.
Barella throws a sloppy head kick and O Rally moves out of range easily.
O Rally slaps away a takedown attempt from Barella, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Barella needs to keep his hands up - O Rally had a free shot at his head there.
Barella misses with a body shot.
O Rally moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Barella shoots in for a takedown but O Rally shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Sean O Rally has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sonny Barella.
A big left from Barella misses.
O Rally scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
O Rally moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
O Rally cracks Barella with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Barella throws a body shot but no joy.
Barella tries to score a power double leg takedown but O Rally sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Barella somewhat.
Barella tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and O Rally is able to avoid easily.

Barella works over O Rally's head and body with a nice combination.
Barella swings away with a body shot that misses
and O Rally counters with a stiff right hand.
O Rally dips to his left and cracks Barella with an uppercut!
Barella keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Barella throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and O Rally counters with a three punch combo that has Barella backing up. Barella nods at O Rally to acknowledge the strikes.
O Rally connects with a looping right hand.
It looks like O Rally has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Nice uppercut lands for O Rally. That snapped Barella's head back.
O Rally thumps Barella with a low kick.

Barella fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but O Rally avoids it really well and circles away.
O Rally is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
O Rally scores with a body shot.
Barella drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Barella will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
It looked like O Rally wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Barella throws a combination but it was largely blocked by O Rally.
Barella throws a push kick but O Rally slaps the foot to one side.
Sonny Barella seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

O Rally swats away the attempt to clinch by Barella.
Barella misses with a takedown attempt
and O Rally counters with a two punch combo.
O Rally moves out of range of the body kick from Barella.
O Rally ducks under a wild hook from Barella.
Barella looks to land a left hand but O Rally moved out of range nicely.
Barella walks into a jab.
Barella darts in looking for a takedown but O Rally gets double underhooks and turns Barella into the cage.
O Rally works the jab nicely.
O Rally scores with a jab to the head.
The fighters circle momentarily. O Rally darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Barella is rocked!
Barella throws a right hand that O Rally ducks under and follows up with a left that O Rally also avoids with ease.
Barella is still on wobbly legs! Can O Rally finish him?
O Rally clobbers Barella with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
O Rally drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Barella right on the button. Barella goes down! O Rally follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! O Rally gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sean O Rally!
In defeat, Sonny Barella stepped up to the mic, saying 'I'll be back'.
