Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Darwin Budluvski (ranked 19818 p4p, 24123 weight class) and Akeen Coker (ranked 632 p4p, 617 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 34 - 29 - 2, fighting out of Sydney, Darwin Budluvski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Akeen Coker! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Budluvski tries to clinch but Coker is having none of it. Budluvski throws a half hearted mid kick. Coker avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Budluvski misses with a hook. Coker looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Budluvski throws a leg kick and Coker counters with a three punch combo that has Budluvski backing up. Budluvski nods at Coker to acknowledge the strikes. Coker blocks a low kick nicely. A solid body kick from Coker. Coker moves away from the strike by Budluvski. A nice side step and Coker releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. That kick from Coker tenderised Budluvski's leg. Budluvski is trying to keep his angry face on. Budluvski throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Coker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Budluvski walks into a stiff left hand from Coker. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Budluvski avoids a punch combination nicely.
Budluvski misses with a shot to the body and Coker makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Budluvski really felt that one! A solid body kick from Coker. Coker scores with a head kick. Budluvski tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Budluvski drops his hands momentarily and Coker takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Budluvski is breathing heavily. Budluvski swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Coker makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Budluvski misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
As Budluvski backs off Coker throws a huge counter combo but Budluvski manages to avoid it all. Coker is looking to slow Budluvski down with leg kicks. Coker stalks Budluvski and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Budluvski's face. Budluvski staggers backwards, shaken. Coker plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Budluvski swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Budluvski face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Akeen Coker! After the fight, Akeen Coker was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
