Potentat swinging wildly here.
Xornimada shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Potentat's guard.
Xornimada might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Xornimada throws a strike but Potentat rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Xornimada bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Potentat's guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Potentat can do anything to dispel that myth.
Xornimada drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Potentat manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Xornimada has Potentat in his guard.
Xornimada has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Potentat has passed into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Xornimada is working hard here to advance position.
Xornimada tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Potentat presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Potentat prevents Xornimada from getting the reversal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Potentat keeps control of the position as Xornimada tries to break free.
Potentat is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Xornimada won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Potentat off his unconscious opponent!
