Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Huntti Mfer (ranked 347 p4p, 4155 weight class) and Malig Hunt (ranked 43 p4p, 405 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Hunt takes a swing at Mfer's ribcage but misses.
Mfer swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Mfer was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Mfer is looking to wear down Hunt with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Huntti Mfer.
