Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Augustus Walls!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Danny Vargas!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Michael Johnstone and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vargas throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Walls sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A jab from Vargas misses.
Walls closes this distance looking for a takedown but Vargas circles away.
Walls looks to throw the jab but Vargas is out of range.
Walls uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Vargas.
Walls shoots in looking for a takedown. Vargas tries to sprawl out of it but Walls keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Vargas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Walls shoots in for a takedown but Vargas shows good takedown defense.
Vargas looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Augustus Walls. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vargas throws the left hand but Walls avoids the punch easily.
Walls throwing a counter right hand but Vargas manages to avoid it.

Vargas connects with a looping right hand.
It looks like Augustus Walls has been cut.
Vargas waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Walls.
Vargas fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Walls to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Walls looks to clinch but Vargas throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Walls taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
