The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zavala fails with the takedown
and Warner makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

and Warner counters with a straight right hand.
Zavala shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Zavala closes the distance but Warner moves to the side
and Warner counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Warner comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Warner fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Warner scores with a spinning back kick!
Zavala has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Warner.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Warner thows a body kick. Zavala tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Warner explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Warner cracks Zavala with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Zavala looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Warner finish him?

Warner comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Zavala gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Warner gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
