Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Bart Greer and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loco ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hamland moves away.

Hamland shoots in and bounces Loco off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Hamland has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hamland cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Loco can do anything to dispel that myth.
Loco is looking to improve his position but Hamland isn't that keen on the idea.
Loco is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Loco really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hamland. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
