The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lashley looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Lashley shoots in and bounces West off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

No joy there for West, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Lashley shoots in and bounces West off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
West is pulling down on Lashley's head. It's preventing any offense from Lashley, at least for the moment.

Lashley has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of West is proving hard to escape from.

Lashley shoots in looking for a takedown. West tries to sprawl out of it but Lashley keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. West manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

That was a close second round but I would say that Bobby Lashley will probably get the nod.
