Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sven Thunderson!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Ryoma Takatsuka and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Silva shoots for a takedown but Thunderson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Da Silva displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Thunderson throws out the jab.
Thunderson throws a big shot that misses.
Da Silva shoots in but no luck this time.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Da Silva.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kuju Da Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Da Silva blocks a jab.
Thunderson loads up on a big right hand but Da Silva slips the punch.
Da Silva drops down looking for a counter takedown but Thunderson sprawls and moves away.
Thunderson lands with an overhand left.
It looks like Kuju Da Silva has been cut.
Thunderson throws a hook to the side of Da Silva's head but Da Silva sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Da Silva fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Thunderson to the ground. Da Silva is now in Thunderson's guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Thunderson can do anything to dispel that myth.
Da Silva is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Da Silva drops back looking for a leg! Thunderson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Thunderson manages to kick Da Silva off! Da Silva jumps back into Thunderson's guard.
Da Silva drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Da Silva seems to have locked his on tight now - Thunderson screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Da Silva, as he picks up the win!
