Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Montegriffo (ranked 4507 p4p, 3810 weight class) and Dobroi Sobaka (ranked 457 p4p, 417 weight class). Sobaka has chosen White trash X Plenka as his entrance music. Dobroi Sobaka is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alexander Montegriffo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dobroi Sobaka!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montegriffo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A nice side step and Sobaka releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Montegriffo lands a left and a right that send Sobaka crashing to the mat, dazed. Montegriffo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Sobaka is rocked!
It looks like Dobroi Sobaka has been cut.
Sobaka darts in looking for a takedown but Montegriffo gets double underhooks and turns Sobaka into the cage.
Sobaka is still on wobbly legs! Can Montegriffo finish him?
Montegriffo lands a big right hand that sends Sobaka crashing to the mat! Montegriffo stays standing though and waves Sobaka back to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Good leg kick by Montegriffo.
Montegriffo cracks Sobaka with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Sobaka falls to his knees and Montegriffo doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alexander Montegriffo!
