Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Allan Von Reinar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Troy Halllman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Von Reinar's entrance music is Iron Maiden - Fear of the dark. A fine choice. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Troy Halllman!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Von Reinar is looking to clinch but Halllman is avoiding it.
Von Reinar catches Halllman napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Halllman to the canvas!


Halllman is rocked!


It looks like Troy Halllman has been cut.
Halllman is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Halllman is still in real trouble! Can Von Reinar finish him?

Halllman seems to have recovered his senses.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Halllman, as that shot connected.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Von Reinar.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Halllman tries to improve position but can't.

Von Reinar decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Halllman gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Halllman is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Halllman is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Halllman wriggles free and stands up.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Von Reinar feints and as Halllman raises his hands in defense, Von Reinar changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Allan Von Reinar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Von Reinar has closed the distance and engaged Halllman in a clinch.

Von Reinar tightens his grip and picks Halllman up, before dumping him to the ground. Halllman manages to land in guard.
Halllman has a closed guard, preventing Von Reinar from standing up.
Von Reinar slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Halllman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Von Reinar is working away from the top position though.

Von Reinar shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Von Reinar was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee warns Halllman that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Von Reinar has control of Halllman's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Halllman regains control of the situation pretty easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
