Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lance Powell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rza Reckta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reckta comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bring The Pain kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Rza Reckta has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powell takes the fight into the clinch.
Powell throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Powell tries to score a body lock takedown but Reckta shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Powell stalling.
Reckta wants the takedown. Powell is fighting it off but Reckta persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Powell's guard against the cage.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Reckta accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Powell on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Powell tries to get out of the position.
Reckta stands and throws Powell's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Powell is looking to reverse the position.
Powell is working hard here to advance position.
Powell is not content to let Reckta control the position.
Powell stops Reckta from passing to mount.
Powell wants to control but Reckta postures up.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Reckta looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Reckta looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

Reckta is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Reckta trying to control but Powell is working from the bottom.
Reckta gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Powell throws a one two combo.
Reckta looks gassed!
Oh, that's a big right hand from Powell and Reckta goes tumbling to the canvas! Powell follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
Reckta is rocked!
It looks like Powell is going to stand back up.
Reckta is still in real trouble! Can Powell finish him?
Powell has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Reckta works to full guard.
Reckta seems to have recovered his senses.
Reckta is controlling Powell's posture.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Reckta throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Powell controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Powell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Reckta on the ground.

Reckta working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Powell doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Powell manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Reckta is looking for a triangle but Powell pushes his legs off easily.
Reckta looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Reckta uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Powell fails with the takedown.
Reckta tries for a takedown but Powell sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Powell throws a nice head kick!

enabling Powell to counter with a crisp jab.
Lance Powell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rza Reckta.
Reckta has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Powell tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Reckta swivels and escapes.
Powell throws a sloppy head kick and Reckta moves out of range easily.

Reckta throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Powell's waist but Powell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Reckta off to one side.
Powell lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Reckta moves into the clinch successfully.
Reckta jumps guard.
Reckta pushes a forearm under Powell's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Powell is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
