Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Michael Boris (ranked 4131 p4p, 4405 weight class) and Saul Mann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Michael Boris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Saul Mann!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mann doesn't manage to clinch there - Boris circles away.
Mann gets tackled into the cage by Boris. Boris maintains the clinch.
Mann lands with a short shot to the head.
Mann scores a nice knee to the body.
Mann breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Mann gets a double leg takedown into Boris's guard.
Boris looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Boris is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mann defends well.

That kick from Mann tenderised Boris's leg. Boris is trying to keep his angry face on.
Mann closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Mann lands a big head kick that sends Boris tumbling to the mat! Mann takes a step backwards and waves Boris back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Boris is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Mann is keeping busy.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Mann would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Boris wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Mann is now in half guard.

Saul Mann comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Mann has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
