Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Dante Black (ranked 3451 p4p, 2339 weight class) and Gunnar Murphy (ranked 375 p4p, 290 weight class). Black comes to the ring accompanied by Mack the Knife. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Dante Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gunnar Murphy!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy checks a leg kick nicely.
Murphy throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Black definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Black looks to throw the jab but Murphy is out of range.

Black keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Murphy's efforts to push away.

Black swings wildly with an uppercut but Murphy uses good head movement to avoid it.

A frustrated look appears on Black's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Black looks to land a left hand but Murphy moved out of range nicely.
Black connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Murphy's hands.

Murphy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Black swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Black misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Murphy throws a head kick that misses.
Black slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Black cracks Murphy with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Murphy scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Black lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Black is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Murphy.
Black is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Murphy just misses with a punch to the body.

Black is trying to push Murphy away but Murphy has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
