Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam Partridge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Georges Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moore has chosen homecoming as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Adam Partridge! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Georges Moore! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Partridge uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Moore.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Moore is trying to trip Partridge. He has hold of a leg but Partridge is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Moore persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Partridge has control of Moore's left arm, preventing Moore from doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moore is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Partridge seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Partridge throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Moore looking to pass the guard. Moore thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Moore wants to control from the top but Partridge keeps moving. Partridge controlling Moore's posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Moore steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Partridge. Moore tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Partridge swivels and escapes. Partridge avoids the body shot from Moore.
Moore looks for a takedown but Partridge sprawls well. Partridge drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. You can see the frustration on Moore's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Partridge tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Moore tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Partridge wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Partridge wants to control but Moore is keeping him busy. Moore is trying to improve his position. Moore looks gassed! Moore being controlled for a moment. Moore is trying to control Partridge's posture but Partridge avoids it. Moore tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Partridge blocks a leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moore drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Partridge has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Partridge trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Partridge pulls Moore in close to prevent any damage. Partridge looking to hit a scissor sweep but Moore is one step ahead there. Partridge throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Moore postures up and lands a big shot to Partridge's brow. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Moore drops back looking for a leg! Partridge is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Partridge manages to kick Moore off! Moore jumps back into Partridge's guard. Moore trying to control the position from guard on top but Partridge is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Nice sprawl there from Moore as Partridge shoots in. Moore gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Partridge counters by moving into the clinch. Adam Partridge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Georges Moore. Partridge blocks a body shot from Moore. Moore manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Partridge looking to control the position here, rather than advance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Adam Partridge will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Moore throws a nice looking combination but Partridge bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Moore fails with the takedown and Partridge counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. A nice leg kick lands there from Moore. The fight stays on the outside here - Partridge looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Partridge jabs at Moore's body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Partridge moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Moore tries to land a front kick but Partridge steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Partridge lands a head shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore looks to land a combination but Partridge avoids it well. Moore shoots in and bounces Partridge off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Moore stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Partridge swivels though and keeps the full guard. Partridge knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Moore on the ground. Partridge pulls Moore in to control the position. Partridge controls Moore momentarily but Moore frees himself. Partridge can't keep his opponent in guard - Moore advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Partridge is trying to get back to full guard. Partridge is looking to control Moore's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Partridge avoid being mounted?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moore trying to control from half guard but Partridge is working away. Moore is nestled in close to Partridge, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Moore throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Partridge wants to control but Moore is keeping busy and won't allow it. Moore is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Partridge sees it coming and defends easily. Moore seems to be working for a kimura but Partridge defends the submission attempt.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Moore gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Moore misses with a takedown attempt so Partridge counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moore is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Moore is looking for a triangle but Partridge pushes his legs off easily.
Moore looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Partridge has picked Moore up and slammed him! Moore can't keep hold of the triangle and Partridge manages to pass to side control! Partridge is looking to take a break and control but Moore is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Moore tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Partridge wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. You can see the frustration on Moore's face as Partridge controls the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Partridge trying to control the action but Moore is working from the bottom. Partridge cracks Moore with a big elbow. Partridge wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Moore, who protects the arm well.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Moore gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Partridge counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Adam Partridge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Georges Moore. Moore pushes Partridge off looking to stand but Partridge dives back in and keeps control.
Partridge perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Moore is refusing to be controlled, as Partridge sits in half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adam Partridge dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Moore gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Moore working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Partridge doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Moore is tightening it up a little... Partridge has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Partridge reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Partridge taps out! nice BJJ there by Moore!
