Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between David Dusty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Hernandes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hernandes comes into a darkened arena with his song building. IRA - Ikar kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, David Dusty! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Vitor Hernandes! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck with that takedown attempt from Hernandes. Hernandes looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Hernandes circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hernandes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Dusty tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hernandes swats him away and circles back towards the center. Dusty fails in his attempt to clinch. Dusty doesn't manage to clinch there - Hernandes circles away.
Hernandes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Hernandes swats away the attempt to clinch by Dusty. Dusty is looking to clinch. Dusty tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hernandes paws at him with a jab and circles away. Dusty darts in and clinches Hernandes up against the cage. Hernandes is trying to break the clinch but Dusty has him pressed against the cage. Dusty tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

It looks like Vitor Hernandes has been cut. Dusty lands a knee to the head.
Dusty lands an elbow inside. Dusty has Hernandes pressed against the cage, preventing Hernandes from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Dusty keeps control of Hernandes as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Dusty with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Hernandes tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Dusty has Hernandes pressed against the cage, preventing Hernandes from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Dusty lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Dusty creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Hernandes's defenses. Dusty lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Hernandes breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dusty tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Dusty tries to clinch there but Hernandes circles away.
Dusty fails in his attempt to clinch. Dusty wants to clinch up but Hernandes keeps it at a distance. Hernandes shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dusty sprawls well. Dusty wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hernandes gets slowly back to his feet. Some wild striking there from Hernandes.
Dusty tries to clinch up but Hernandes circles away and keeps his distance. Dusty tries to close the distance and clinch but Hernandes swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Dusty is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Hernandes wants to clinch up but Dusty keeps it at a distance. A bone on bone clash there as Dusty blocks the leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Dusty tries to clinch but Hernandes moves away and Hernandes counters with a nice leg kick. Dusty tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Hernandes counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Hernandes wants to get back to striking at distance but Dusty won't allow it.
Dusty wants to stall.
Dusty throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Hernandes wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Hernandes gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Dusty regains guard.
Dusty keeping moving, preventing Hernandes from controlling successfully. Hernandes thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Hernandes looks gassed! Hernandes wants to control from the top but Dusty keeps moving. Dusty is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Dusty tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dusty has Hernandes pressed against the cage.
Hernandes is trying to force a seperation but Dusty has the dominant position. Dusty misses with a knee strike.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Dusty. Hernandes blocks an elbow strike. Hernandes wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Hernandes manages to pull guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dusty has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hernandes is proving hard to escape from. Hernandes looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Dusty is defending well. Hernandes quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Dusty has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Hernandes celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
