Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Theodore Logan (ranked 1377 p4p, 2528 weight class) and Pallas Anttonen (ranked 189 p4p, 296 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pallas Anttonen!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Logan chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Anttonen can pounce on him.

Anttonen closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Logan misses with some punches.
Anttonen tries to work over Logan's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Logan has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Logan goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Anttonen pushes Logan back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Anttonen lands with a right to the head.

Anttonen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Logan takes a swing at Anttonen's ribcage but misses.

Anttonen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Logan. That did some damage!
Anttonen avoids a punch combination nicely.
A little jabbing left from Anttonen on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Anttonen moves into the clinch.
Logan fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Anttonen doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Logan blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Logan is leaning against Anttonen and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Anttonen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A big left from Logan misses.
A left and a right from Logan both land. Nice combination.
Logan scores with a hook.
Anttonen scores with the left hand. Logan knows he should have avoided that one.
Logan takes a swing at Anttonen's ribcage but misses.
Logan keeps the fight on the outside.
Anttonen slips under a jab from Logan.
Logan wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Anttonen steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Logan.
Logan connects with a body shot.

and Anttonen counters with a nice body kick.

Anttonen moves into the clinch successfully.
Logan misses with a hook to the ribs.

Logan has a couple of punches blocked by Anttonen.
Anttonen is leaning against Logan and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Anttonen blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Logan lands a right hand.

Anttonen lands a nice uppercut.
Anttonen lands a hook to the side of the head.

Anttonen breaks from the clinch.

Anttonen tries to clinch there but Logan circles away.
Logan is looking to counter punch.

Anttonen gets tackled into the cage by Logan. Logan maintains the clinch.

Anttonen breaks the clinch.

Anttonen lands a big head kick that sends Logan tumbling to the mat! Anttonen takes a step backwards and waves Logan back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Logan is rocked!
Logan rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Anttonen counters with a nice low kick that buckles Logan's knee momentarily.
Oh Logan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Logan stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Anttonen.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Anttonen closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Logan out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pallas Anttonen!
A relieved looking Pallas Anttonen thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
