Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ulysses Corbin (ranked 3636 p4p, 23812 weight class) and Vladymyr Kersikov (ranked 404 p4p, 568 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kersikov sends Corbin crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Kersikov is motioning to the referee to let Corbin up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Ulysses Corbin has been cut.
Corbin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kersikov finds Corbin's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Corbin flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Kersikov lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Corbin will be OK.
