Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nikolas Conner (ranked 5018 p4p, 5522 weight class) and Panda Cuchi (ranked 275 p4p, 284 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nikolas Conner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Panda Cuchi!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conner pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Conner swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Cuchi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Conner tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Cuchi counters with a stiff right hand.

Conner drops Cuchi with a beautiful combination! Cuchi stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Conner is looking for the KO!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Conner misses with a right hand
enabling Cuchi to counter with a crisp jab.
Cuchi is still on wobbly legs! Can Conner finish him?

Conner definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Conner throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Cuchi looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Cuchi uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Conner.

Conner misses with a series of wild punches.
Cuchi punishes Conner's body with a nice straight punch.
Cuchi seems to have recovered his senses.

and Cuchi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Cuchi lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

and Cuchi counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Conner moves to clinch but Cuchi breaks away
and Cuchi counters with a lovely shot to the body.

and Cuchi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Conner tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Cuchi counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Conner thinking.
Cuchi has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Conner is looking to clinch.
Conner throws a good cross that connects.
Conner falls off balance throwing a combination
and Cuchi counters with a left to the body.
Conner moves in looking to clinch but Cuchi pushes him off.
Cuchi looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Conner lands a leg kick that knocks Cuchi off balance momentarily.
Cuchi slips under a jab from Conner.
Cuchi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cuchi is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Cuchi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Conner.
Cuchi unleashes a big counter combination but Conner bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Conner lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cuchi circles away quickly and effectively.
Cuchi tries to bum rush Conner with a series of wild strikes but Conner uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Conner throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cuchi counters with a left and a right that stings Conner.
Conner throws a right hand that misses
and Cuchi counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Conner is breathing heavily.
Conner lunges at Cuchi with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Cuchi's hand.
Conner throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Cuchi walks into a stiff left hand from Conner.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cuchi looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cuchi scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Conner is rocked!
Conner get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Conner stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Cuchi runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
