The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingston drops his hands momentarily and Sven takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Sven has managed to clinch.
Sven is trying to force a seperation but Kingston has the dominant position.
Kingston tries to land knees in the clinch but Sven avoids the damage to the body.
A frustrated look appears on Sven's face as he tries to break the clinch.

God Sven has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Monty Kingston.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
Kingston manages to get to full guard.
Sven is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to God Sven.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sven, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
