Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hans Job (ranked 4474 p4p, 1386 weight class) and King Cong (ranked 426 p4p, 161 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hans Job! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, King Cong! The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Skip Squint and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cong jabs Job to the body, keeping him at a distance. Job throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Cong sees it coming and avoids it easily. Job lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. A head kick from Cong lands but Job takes it in his stride. Cong misses with a hook
and Job counters with a stiff right hand. Cong moves out of range as Job strikes. Job takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Cong looking to land some kicks to the body here.
It looked like Job wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Cong forces Job back against the cage and clinches. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Cong. Job looking to slow down the pace here. Job is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Cong is keeping busy. A head punch blocked on the inside by Job. Job definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Job tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Job working hard to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Cong. Job takes a shot to the head. Cong lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Job backwards. Cong misses with a short punch on the inside. Job blocking some punches.

Cong scores with a shot to the side of Job's head. Cong lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Cong softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Cong lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Job backwards. Cong lands with a short shot to the head. Job stalling in the clinch but Cong improves position. Cong lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Job backwards. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cong misses with some punches.

Cong can't find room to land a body shot as Job controls the action.
Cong scores with a shot to the side of Job's head. Cong tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Job blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Cong misses with a hook to the ribs.

Cong effectively controlling the action here. Cong throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Jobs head. Job blocking some punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A body shot lands from Cong.
Cong lands a left hand that snaps the head of Job backwards. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Cong creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Job takes a shot to the head. Cong tries a body shot but Job blocks it.
Cong gets through Job's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Cong pushes Job back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Cong lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. A nice left hand lands by Cong.
Job is looking to break free of the clinch but Cong has double underhooks. Cong scores with an uppercut up the middle. Cong misses with a hook from the clinch. Cong lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Job or not. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cong lands with a short shot to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Cong creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Job looking to stall.

Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Cong. Job tries to break the clinch but Cong is controlling the position. Cong lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Job or not. Cong lands with a right to the head. Cong scores with a nice hook to the head.
Job is rocked! A head punch blocked on the inside by Job. Cong prevents Job from breaking the clinch. Cong tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Cong works on Job's body with a couple of short punches. Job blocking some punches.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
King Cong dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Cong buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Job takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Job with a jab. Cong throws a wild body kick that Job sees coming a mile off. Cong swings widly with a right hand
and Job connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Job lands a left and a right that send Cong crashing to the mat, dazed. Job thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Cong is rocked! Hans Job is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Job misses with a hook. Cong ducked under it nicely. Cong is still on wobbly legs! Can Job finish him? Job drops Cong with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Cong! Job dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hans Job!
