Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 13 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chike Obi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 19 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kain Mack!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mack jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Obi is looking for a counter combo.
Mack clobbers Obi with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Obi looks to score with a jab to the body but Mack is just out of range.
Mack misses with a right hand
and Obi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mack throws a low kick but it's checked well by Obi.
Obi blocks the body kick.
Mack pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Mack misses with a wild combination.
Obi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mack moves away.
Obi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Obi counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Obi avoids the body shot from Mack.
Mack scores with a nice body kick.
Mack pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Mack lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Obi lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Kain Mack has been cut.
Mack misses with a series of wild punches.
Obi works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Mack on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

and Obi counters with a nice uppercut.

Kain Mack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Obi is pressing down on Mack's thigh, looking to free his foot. Mack is holding on for now.

Obi seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Mack is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
