Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Timmy Tung (ranked 25593 p4p, 2521 weight class) and Uhem Adrabyzinov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 9 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Timmy Tung! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Uhem Adrabyzinov! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Adrabyzinov shoots in looking for a takedown but Tung manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Adrabyzinov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Horrible takedown attempt by Adrabyzinov or perhaps it was just good defense by Tung, which made it look bad. Tung tries to counter by clinching up but Adrabyzinov breaks away and moves out of range. Adrabyzinov shoots in and drives through. Tung sprawls well. Timmy Tung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Uhem Adrabyzinov. Adrabyzinov looks winded! Adrabyzinov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. It looks like Adrabyzinov might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Adrabyzinov shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tung as he jumps to the side.

As Adrabyzinov tries to get set, Tung tries to push him back and clinch up but Adrabyzinov manages to avoid the attempt. Adrabyzinov closes the distance and clinches up with Tung, looking for a takedown. Adrabyzinov pushes Tung against the cage but Tung circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Adrabyzinov is looking to clinch but Tung is avoiding it.
Tung went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Uhem Adrabyzinov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Adrabyzinov darts in looking for a takedown but Tung gets double underhooks and turns Adrabyzinov into the cage. Adrabyzinov wants to clinch but Tung slips to the side and Tung counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Adrabyzinov down! Tung is looking to finish but Adrabyzinov is intelligently defending himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tung drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tung jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Tung drops back, looking for a kneebar! Adrabyzinov looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Adrabyzinov looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Adrabyzinov! A lull in the action here. We've been informed that Adrabyzinov has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Tung is trying to improve his position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Tung tries to escape but Adrabyzinov is in control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Adrabyzinov just content to control the position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

As Adrabyzinov looks to move away, Tung throws a big counter combo but Adrabyzinov just gets out of the way. Tung leaves Adrabyzinov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Tung is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Adrabyzinov. Adrabyzinov looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Timmy Tung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Uhem Adrabyzinov. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Tung stuffs the takedown. Adrabyzinov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tung sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Adrabyzinov somewhat. Tung wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Adrabyzinov is looking to clinch but Tung is avoiding it.
Tung appears to be looking for a big counter. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Adrabyzinov is defended easily by Tung.

Tung is fending him off so far but Adrabyzinov persists. Nope, Tung circles away and we're back to standing. It looked like Tung was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Adrabyzinov shoots in for a double leg but Tung sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Adrabyzinov throws a sloppy head kick and Tung moves out of range easily. As Adrabyzinov looks to move away, Tung throws a big counter combo but Adrabyzinov just gets out of the way.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Tung avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Adrabyzinov has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Tung is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Adrabyzinov. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Adrabyzinov can't do much from the bottom here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Uhem Adrabyzinov has got the better of the ground game so far. Adrabyzinov might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Tung haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Adrabyzinov is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Tung is staying active. Adrabyzinov controls the position for a moment. Adrabyzinov wants to control but Tung postures up.
