Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eaton cracks a nice hook into Hakuna's ribs.
Eaton takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Hakuna bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Eaton's head backwards.
Eaton uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hakuna.
A nice side step and Eaton releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Hakuna darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

and Eaton counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Matata Hakuna has been cut.

Hakuna paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Eaton! But no joy.
Eaton takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Eaton throws a hook but Hakuna blocks it.
Eaton shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Eaton keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Hakuna looks to throw the jab but Eaton is out of range.

Eaton feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hakuna sprawling to the canvas! Hakuna rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Eaton finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hakuna throws a hook to the side of Eaton's head but Eaton sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Eaton throws a series of punches but Hakuna moves out of range.

Eaton looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Hakuna clobbers Eaton with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Eaton might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

and Hakuna counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Hakuna misses with a left hand
and Eaton counters with a crisp right hand that drops Hakuna! Eaton lets Hakuna back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Hakuna is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Eaton.
Hakuna throws a jab when Eaton was well out of range.
No joy there for Eaton, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Eaton takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Eaton moves out of range as Hakuna strikes.
Hakuna is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Eaton cracks Hakuna with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Eaton has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hakuna to stand back up!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Ezequiel Eaton dominated that round.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
