Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!

With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Denis Fraga!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Scott Roman!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fraga fails to land with a series of punches.
Roman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fraga as he avoids it easily.
Roman shoots in for a double leg but Fraga sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Fraga shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Roman's guard.

Roman is looking to sinch up a triangle. Fraga throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Roman's body to avoid the submission. Roman has instead reached around Fraga's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Roman arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
