Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mason Lesnar (ranked 3675 p4p, 3787 weight class) and Jeremiah Dahman (ranked 276 p4p, 285 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mason Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeremiah Dahman!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yuuki Gou and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar defending well as Dahman loads up on a big left hand.
Dahman slips a jab and a cross from Lesnar.
Dahman throws a big shot that misses.
Lesnar feinted with a counter takedown.
Lesnar displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Dahman.
Dahman wants to clinch up but Lesnar keeps it at a distance.

and Lesnar counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Dahman pushes Lesnar off and scrambles back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dahman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lesnar swats him away and circles back towards the center.
It looked like Lesnar was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Dahman shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Lesnar is trying to defend but Dahman finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Lesnar is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dahman's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dahman's back!

You can see the frustration on Dahman's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Lesnar tries to counter with a takedown but Dahman is quick to defend against it.
Lesnar throws a nice looking combination but Dahman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Lesnar shoots in looking for a takedown but Dahman manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lesnar's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Lesnar lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Lesnar.

Dahman tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lesnar swivels and escapes.
Mason Lesnar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeremiah Dahman.
Dahman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Lesnar tries to counter by clinching up but Dahman breaks away and moves out of range.

A little jabbing left from Dahman on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Lesnar swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lesnar wants to land a leg kick but Dahman is out of range.
Dahman throws a sloppy head kick and Lesnar moves out of range easily.
Dahman takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
