Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Do Souza (ranked 3532 p4p, 23158 weight class) and Andrzej Bebok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anderson Do Souza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 81 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Andrzej Bebok!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bebok fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Bebok shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Do Souza as he jumps to the side.
Do Souza misses with a two punch combination.
Bebok feints the counter takedown.
Do Souza takes a swing at Bebok's ribcage but misses.
Do Souza really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Bebok keeps the fight on the outside.
A nice inside leg kick there by Bebok. That's going to slow Do Souza down.
Do Souza gets a takedown into half guard.
Do Souza is controlling the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Do Souza missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Do Souza is taking a breather. Bebok says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Do Souza scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Do Souza is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bebok doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Do Souza.
Bebok is looking to control Do Souza's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bebok avoid being mounted?
Do Souza content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Do Souza is controlling the pace.

Bebok is trying to control but Do Souza passes into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Do Souza has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Bebok tries to improve his position but instead Do Souza has taken his back!
Do Souza is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Bebok with him. Bebok is trying to defend but Do Souza has an arm under the chin now! Bebok grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Anderson Do Souza!
