Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Ichigho Kurosaki (ranked 24274 p4p, 2903 weight class) and Samart Bukaew (ranked 539 p4p, 342 weight class). Ichigho Kurosaki has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ichigho Kurosaki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Samart Bukaew! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Eliza Hachem and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bukaew sizes up Kurosaki with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Kurosaki walks into a jab. Kurosaki throws a sloppy head kick and Bukaew moves out of range easily. Bukaew feints a counter leg kick. Good work by Bukaew as he checks the leg kick. Kurosaki lands with a kick to the temple. Bukaew shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Kurosaki connects with a looping right hand.
Bukaew misses with a hook. Bukaew wants to land a leg kick but Kurosaki is out of range. Bukaew with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Bukaew thuds his right hand into Kurosaki's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Bukaew tries to score with a low kick but Kurosaki moves his leg out of the way. Bukaew throws a hook but Kurosaki avoids it easily. Bukaew tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bukaew lands a lovely overhand right. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kurosaki fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bukaew misses with a straight left. Bukaew moves out of range as Kurosaki strikes. Nice uppercut there from Kurosaki. Bukaew lands the left hand. Kurosaki swings for the body but Bukaew moves out of range.

Kurosaki looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kurosaki lands a nice looking body kick. Kurosaki goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Samart Bukaew has been cut. Bukaew blocks a jab. Bukaew throws a shot to the body.
Bukaew gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Kurosaki. The fighters circle momentarily. Bukaew darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Kurosaki misses with a straight right. Kurosaki connects with a leg kick. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bukaew lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kurosaki has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kurosaki and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Kurosaki pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Bukaew misses with an uppercut. Kurosaki saw that one coming. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Bukaew paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Kurosaki misses with a low kick.

Nice defenses there by Kurosaki. Bukaew thuds a left hand into Kurosaki's body. Kurosaki finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

That was a close round but I would say that Ichigho Kurosaki will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Samart Bukaew's cut. That's time! Kurosaki's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Kurosaki misses with a low kick. Bukaew on the wrong end of a nice hook. Kurosaki throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Bukaew scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. A looping hook to the body misses from Kurosaki. Bukaew does a little dance to reset his feet. Kurosaki misses with a looping right. Kurosaki avoids the head kick by Bukaew.

Kurosaki fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bukaew manages to avoid it. Bukaew only half commits to the counter leg kick. Kurosaki's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bukaew under the eye. Kurosaki ducks under a wild hook from Bukaew. Bukaew chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bukaew lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kurosaki's sensitive parts. Kurosaki drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Samart Bukaew has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ichigho Kurosaki is winning the standup battle so far.

Samart Bukaew showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Samart Bukaew's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round! Bukaew throws a shot from downtown. Kurosaki moves away and avoids it. Nice cross by Kurosaki. Bukaew attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Bukaew scores with a punch to the head. Both fighters circling a little - Kurosaki finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Bukaew misses with a wild body shot. Bukaew takes a body punch but keeps moving. Kurosaki circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Kurosaki on the wrong end of a nice jab. Bukaew fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Kurosaki is out of range. Kurosaki was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Bukaew displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kurosaki throws out the jab. Kurosaki tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. A swing and a miss from Bukaew. A solid leg kick lands there for Bukaew.
Kurosaki looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bukaew lands a jab to the head.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ichigho Kurosaki. I think Kurosaki has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
