Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Tervur Braven (ranked 3389 p4p, 5242 weight class) and Serul Dathren (ranked 384 p4p, 511 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tervur Braven!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 1, fighting out of New York, Serul Dathren!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Braven tries to bum rush Dathren with a series of wild strikes but Dathren uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Braven takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Dathren throws a looping overhand right but Braven ducks down to avoid it.
Dathren lands a jab to the head.
Dathren fakes the leg kick and cracks Braven in the body.
Dathren thumps Braven with a low kick.
Braven misses with a jab to the body
and Dathren counters with a straight right hand.
Braven shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Dathren avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Dathren throws a body shot but no joy.
Dathren throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Braven's head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Braven throws a right hand that Dathren ducks under and follows up with a left that Dathren also avoids with ease.

and Dathren counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Serul Dathren is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That kick from Dathren tenderised Braven's leg. Braven is trying to keep his angry face on.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Braven lands with a straight right. Dathren didn't see that one coming.
Braven looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Dathren connects with an inside leg kick.
Dathren ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A countering left hand to the body from Dathren misses.
Braven missing with a left hand there. Dathren was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A jab from Dathren finds it's way through Braven's defenses.
Dathren throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Braven on the side of the head.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Dathren scores with a big combo that sends Braven crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but the referee has seen enough as Braven flops around uncontrollably and he's called an end to the fight! Dathren jumps onto the cage and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Gross.
