Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Halme (ranked 5060 p4p, 4727 weight class) and Hyu Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Halme comes to the cage accompanied by Katri Helena-Katson autiota hiekkarantaa. Head has chosen Eye of the tiger as his entrance music. Tony Halme had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tony Halme!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 30 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hyu Head!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head closes the distance and clinches up with Halme, looking for a takedown. Head pushes Halme against the cage but Halme circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Halme plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
It looks like Hyu Head has been cut.
Halme definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Head fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Halme avoids it really well and circles away.
Head fails to land the takedown.
Tony Halme has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hyu Head.
Halme plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Halme throws a nice head kick!
Halme throws a series of punches but Head moves out of range.
Head drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Halme defends it well.
Halme lands a slapping body shot.
Halme scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Head tries for a takedown but Halme sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
A head kick lands from Halme that sends Head to the canvas. Head tries to scramble back to his feet but Halme brings him back down into side control.
Head is rocked!
Head can't do much from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Halme decides to stand back up.
Head shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Halme but Halme pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Halme throws a quick counter head kick but Head was just out of range.
Halme throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Head looks winded!
Halme lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Halme connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Head to the floor! Halme dives in looking for the finish!
That has opened up Hyu Head's cut even more.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Halme gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Halme lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Head sprawling to the canvas. Halme follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Head hang on?
Head is still in real trouble! Can Halme finish him?
Still in half guard, Halme seems content to control.
Head seems to have recovered his senses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Head taking some punishment here, with Halme in his half guard.
Halme is working for a submission of some sort.
Halme is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Head sees it coming and defends easily.
Halme is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Halme is looking for a kimura here.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Halme stands up from half guard.
Halme misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Head tries for a takedown but Halme circles away easily
and Halme counters with a straight right hand.
A head kick from Halme lands but Head takes it in his stride.
Head doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Halme counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Head down! Halme is looking to finish but Head is intelligently defending himself.
The cut above Hyu Head's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Halme stands up and waves to Head to follow him.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Halme wobbles Head with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Halme dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Head to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Tony Halme!
Tony Halme decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Hyu Head spoke after the fight, saying '"Everybody out there know I beat him, I controlled the fight, he was missing, I hit him plenty more times. I beat him.Let me talk something... I want to thank the whole hood who came out here. I love y'all. I did this for the hood, you know I beat that boy.'.
