The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dukes looks to land a right hand but Rodney moved out of range.
Rodney punishes Dukes's body with a nice straight punch.
Rodney circles away from the clinch attempt
letting Rodney counter with a right hand.
Dukes sizes up Rodney with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Sloppy strikes from Rodney. Those never looked like landing.

Dukes tries to close the distance and clinch but Rodney swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
No joy there for Rodney, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
