This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 15 wins and 10 losses; Shinayaka Totemo ! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 7 wins and 14 losses; Holden Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Gregory Folan.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Gracie darts in looking for a takedown but Totemo gets double underhooks and turns Gracie into the cage.
Gracie misses with a takedown
and Totemo holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Gracie has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Totemo after a bit of a struggle.
Shinayaka Totemo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Holden Gracie.
Gracie is working for takedown but Totemo is calmly controlling the position for now.
Totemo gets control of Gracie's arms and successfully pulls guard. Totemo will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Gracie has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Totemo to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Gracie is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Totemo pulls down on the head and he's put Gracie to sleep! This one is all over!
