The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Dif fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Adams avoids it really well and circles away.
Adams darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Adams (2) vs (0) Dif
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Adams moves into full mount! Dif won't be happy about that! Score +3 for passing guard: Adams (5) vs (0) Dif
Adams is working for a guillotine from mount but Dif frees his head quite easily.
Dif keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dif is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Adams goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Dif turns into him and now he's in Adams's guard.

Dif is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Adams has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Dif is looking to defend but Adams has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Dif! Adams pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Dif taps out and this one is all over!
