Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Montserrat Chai (ranked 5070 p4p, 3954 weight class) and Thembagog Okongorimbo (ranked 489 p4p, 419 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Montserrat Chai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Thembagog Okongorimbo!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okongorimbo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chai manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A little feinted left hand from Chai on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Okongorimbo throws a head kick but Chai moves out of range.
Thembagog Okongorimbo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chai fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Okongorimbo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A nice inside leg kick there by Chai. That's going to slow Okongorimbo down.
Okongorimbo connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Chai momentarily.
Okongorimbo tries to clinch up.
Chai wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Okongorimbo tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Chai counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Thembagog Okongorimbo has been cut.

Chai scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Okongorimbo doesn't seem bothered though.
Chai delivers a nice body kick.

Chai's jab looks to have found its range, popping Okongorimbo under the eye.
Chai throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Okongorimbo.
Chai gets tackled into the cage by Okongorimbo. Okongorimbo maintains the clinch.

Chai scores with a hook to the body.
Okongorimbo looks winded!
A body shot lands from Chai.
Chai lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Chai makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Chai lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Chai's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Okongorimbo drops his guard momentarily, allowing Chai to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Okongorimbo! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Chai takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Montserrat Chai!
Montserrat Chai decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
