Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between MewChoo Free (ranked 24310 p4p, 25219 weight class) and Alexander Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frost has chosen Texas as his entrance music. Alexander Frost told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, MewChoo Free!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alexander Frost!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Free finds it's way through Frost's defenses.
Frost throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Free thinks about countering with a body kick.
Frost chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Free can pounce on him.
A good leg kick by Free.
Jab by Free.
Free changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Frost takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Free - that will leave a mark!
Free definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Frost shoots in but Free avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Frost takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Frost gets the takedown into side control.
Free is looking for a sweep.
Frost is looking to take a break and control but Free is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Frost tries to score with some ground and pound. Free controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Frost wants to stand but Free has his arm trapped.
Frost moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Free gets back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Free is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Free is trying to maintain the position but Frost is very close to passing his half guard.
Frost prevents Free from improving his position.
Frost controlling the action here.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Free lets loose with a powerful body kick. Frost will feel that in the morning.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Free explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Frost looks winded!
A solid leg kick lands there for Free.
Free darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Free connects with a solid leg kick.
Free comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
A good leg kick by Free.
Free throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Frost on the side of the head.
Free with the inside leg kick.
Frost ducks right into an uppercut from Free.
That kick from Free tenderised Frost's leg. Frost is trying to keep his angry face on.
MewChoo Free is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Free thows a body kick. Frost tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Frost stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Free.
Free digs a good hook to Frost's body.

Frost has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Free.
Free lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Frost takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
An inside leg kick lands from Free.
Frost's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Frost walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Free throws a nice outside leg kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Free.
Jab from Free.
Free uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Frost has time to react.
Free feints and then cracks Frost's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Frost down.
Free lands a nice looking body shot.
Frost walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Frost is rocked!
Free turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Free dances in with a quick combination. Frost is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Free snaps Frost's head back. Frost stumbles backwards against the cage. Free steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Frost's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Frost just didn't come prepared.
