Kulik stops Turturro from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Turturro takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Turturro can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kulik is looking to escape.
Kulik is in all sorts of trouble here.

Turturro is looking to work his way around to Kulik's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
Turturro takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Kulik tries to lock up and control but Turturro gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Kulik tries to control Turturro's body but Turturro pushes him off. Kulik squirms to his side and now Turturro has his back!

Turturro's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Turturro has his foot on Kulik's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kulik works his way back into a safe position though.

Kulik tries to pass the half guard into mount. Turturro knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
